Climate change mitigation initiative co2lheita reduces and removes greenhouse gasses by implementing agroforestry systems with the goal of contributing to the conservation of biodiversity preservation and the carbon stored above and below ground. As well as the management of clean water in prioritized areas.

This initiative supports the economic, social, and environmental well-being of the families that preserve the ecosystems through the provision of economic benefits from the sale of carbon credits associated with said preservation in Brazil´s agroforestry systems.

This initiative came to be around the year 2018 and foresees to enroll 500.000 Brazilian hectares by 2036.
